The System shark is the first aquatic animal to be released with minifigure-based sets. It has gone through a few changes and landed on its final design, one that’s being used today.

Fun fact: The old shark and the old sawfish share the same body part, and the new shark and the new sawfish and the hammerheads share the same body part. Their heads are interchangeable.

The figures in the images represent the molds and may not be the first of their kind to be released.
